Series description

‘VOZUF' irradiators are used for elimination of germ infection at different surfaces, vessels and raw materials. The use of the opened irradiators is allowed only at absence of people in the premise.

The use of ‘VOZUF' irradiators at different stages of industrial technological processes, packing, handling of raw materials and equipment in food and pharmaceutical industry and agriculture provides execution of norms of sanitary cleanness and increase shelf life of products.
As a result of different surfaces and cavities treatment with UV-radiation high degree of bactericidal efficiency for the most problematic types of germs as molds, yeast, fungi and potato bacillus is provided.

High-intensity amalgam lamps produced by ‘LIT' are used in ‘VOZUF' irradiators. Utilization of such lamps makes possible to decrease handling time and hence to apply the UV-method for high-productivity lines characterized by the high speed of packing conveyer belt.

The UV-equipment is produced of high-quality stainless steel (SS316 or likewise).

‘VOZUF' irradiators are either installed autonomously or are easily built into existing production and packing lines.
