Guarantee

LIT Technology provides a 12 months guarantee after installation & commissioning, or 18 months after delivery of the goods, whichever comes first. The guarantee is valid provided that the buyer complies with the minimum transport, storage, and maintenance requirements.

In the event of a technical problem, contact the LIT UV service centre. Please provide the following information when making contact:

·         Type of product and its identification number;

·         Equipment Serial number;

·         The date of purchase;

·         A description of the problem.

LIT Technology provides free of charge technical support during the guarantee period.
